TO QUALIFY
- Minimum of 620 FICO required
- Non-occupant borrowers not permitted

- Eligible properties include 1-4 unit primary residences, one unit second homes, and one unit investment properties

TWO VERSIONS
- Limited 203K: Cost of repairs are limited to $35,000 (no HUD Consultant)
- Standard 203K: Unlimited repairs (HUD Consultant required)
- One time closing
- 3.5 down required for purchases (based on total of acquisition plus renovation costs)
- Contractors can be chosen by the buyer but can have no affiliation or relation to the buyer/owner
- Most 203K limited loans are approved and closed within 30 days
